Background and objectives: To back up the need for routine prenatal thyroid screening. count number of people who suffer from undetected diseases. Study outcomes with disorders receive adequate inadequate treatment. Method: From January 2021 to November 2021, during first antenatal visit, 350 pregnant patients singleton gestation participated in study at Department OBG, Dr Patnam Mahender Reddy Institute Medical Sciences, Chevella, Telangana, India. All participants provided their written consent. Patients known hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism were simultaneously excluded analysis. Result: 15.7% have problems. The 95% confidence interval (CI) indicates that incidence may range 13.21% 16.79%. We also say 1 out every 7 women examined had abnormal dysfunction. Conclusion: This lead us draw conclusion screening, which misses many individuals, is considerably preferable targeted case discovery.
